BLENDED - CAMT Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians 2025

Dates: November 12-13 (virtual) AND November 18-20 (in person)*

*There is a break between part one and part two. 

This course is 5 days total and meets in a Blended Format which requires a combination of virtual and in-person attendance. You MUST attend both the virtual and in-person days.

Payment must be provided by credit card. Invoicing is not available for this course.

Course description 

We recommend this course for maintenance technicians, porters, housekeepers, and groundskeepers who are ready for advancement. Earning your CAMT boosts your knowledge and skills, your reputation, and your confidence.

Requirements for obtaining a CAMT designation include:

• Minimum of 12 months of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience. (This can be obtained while taking the course, you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)  
• Successful completion of all CAMT coursework 
• Meet all examination standards within 6 months of declaring candidacy (Exams  is administered online with a Live Online Proctor)
