The Details That Differentiate Webinar Series Bundle
5 practical sessions presented by Steve Matre to help multifamily professionals coach better, understand the numbers, lead with KPIs, serve residents well, and become more valuable every day.
Most property management professionals learn the job by doing the job. That builds resilience, but it can also leave important gaps: how to coach people well, how to explain the financial story, how to turn KPIs into action, how to create a consistent resident experience, and how to lead a team in a way that reflects the company’s culture. This five-part series is designed to fill those gaps with practical tools, clear language, and real property management examples. Participants will leave with better habits for feedback, budgets, metrics, service recovery, onboarding, meetings, flexibility, culture, and team inspiration. For executives, the value is simple: stronger local leaders create stronger teams, stronger resident experiences, and more consistent property performance. Aspiring leaders, welcome to the table!
Webinar series bundles include registration to all 5 webinars. If you can't attend live, recording access will be available for 1 week post-event. Click the Session Description tab for full session details.

Companies don’t train this, I promise tools you can use right away with great results that you'll see in weeks, not months.
Financial Storytelling: The Numbers Behind the Yes, No, and Not Yet
9:00 AM-10:00 AM CDT
Tuesday, October 20, 2026
Many property managers are handed a budget, a financial statement, and an NOI goal, then expected to figure it out as they go. This session fills in some of those blanks. We will talk about what budgets are really for, how to explain a variance, what financial statements are trying to show us, how accounting supports operations, and how ownership structures influence decisions. We will also cover a very real property management skill: how to make the case for an expenditure when the need feels urgent, but the funds are not unlimited. This is financial foundations for operators: clear, practical, and built for real property conversations in any setting, meeting, boardroom.
KPI Conversations: Making Metrics into Habits
9:00 AM-10:00 AM CDT
Tuesday, November 10, 2026
Apartment professionals at every level are drowning in numbers, not because the data is bad, but because most companies are great at generating reports and not as great at answering the only question that matters: So what do I do next? This session turns KPI overload into clear, shared priorities and repeatable routines, helping you translate “numbers on a page” into who owns what, what to focus on first, and how to decide when everything feels important. Using common multifamily benchmarks for demonstration, we’ll discuss how to lead KPI conversations that are action-driven, where everyone can see the scoreboard, understand their lane, and commit to specific behaviors that, literally, move the needle. We’ll also cover a few simple A.I. assists that help you more confidently tell the story.
Customer Experience Constitution: Our Commitment to Surpass Expectations
9:00 AM-10:00 AM CDT
Tuesday, December 8, 2026
Your Customer Experience is more than promises on the website. It’s the decision-making frameworks your teams use when things get busy. Rooted in data, we’ll pinpoint the moments and encounters that matter most, then build a practical Customer Experience Constitution: non-negotiables, measurable standards, and “unexpected” empowerment. You’ll learn simple, repeatable habits that make follow-through easier; strong service recovery; consistent communication; and community-building rhythms and traditions that help prospects convert and residents stay.
What Makes You Indispensable: The Differentiators
9:00 AM-10:00 AM CDT
Tuesday, January 12, 2027
Some property management professionals are good at the job. Others become the people who make everyone around them better. This capstone session focuses on the leadership differentiators that make a property leader truly indispensable: onboarding new employees well, modeling company culture at the local level, running useful meetings, communicating clearly, offering reasonable flexibility, and inspiring team members through practical everyday leadership. Participants will explore how to lead effectively even when corporate trainers, regional support, or perfect timing are not available. The goal is not to become indispensable by holding everything together alone. The goal is to become indispensable by building stronger teams, stronger habits, and stronger property performance.
