The Details that Differentiate

Unless otherwise specified, all cancellation requests must be received by CAA in writing no less than 5 days prior to the event/class. In most cases, registrations can be transfered to another individual within your company without penalty. All no shows and late cancellations will be charged full price and no refunds will be honored.

Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) events may be photographed or video recorded. By participating, you consent to your photograph/video recording to be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to CAA promotional materials, website and social media.
