Management Company Member

There are three types of Management Company members. You will be prompted to select the option best fitting your company and enter in your total unit count during the registration process.

Chicagoland Owner/Management

An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property within the counties of Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will, McHenry, Kane, Kendall and Grundy. All employees of the member are granted the benefits of membership. Dues are based on a total number of apartment homes owned/managed.

Annual Dues:

1-150 Units = $350
151-500 Units = $350 + $2.29/unit
501-1500 Units = $400 + $2.39/unit
1501-2500 Units = $500 + $2.32/unit
2501-7000 Units = $550 + $1.91/unit
7001+ Units = $13,500


State of Illinois Owner/Management

An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property outside the counties of Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will, McHenry, Kane, Kendall and Grundy. All employees of the member are granted the benefits of membership. Dues are based on a total number of apartment homes owned/managed.

Annual Dues:

1-150 Units = $350
151-225 Units = $475
226+ Units = $550


Not-For-Profit Owner/Management

An entity or company that owns and/or manages residential property and exists to create affordable housing opportunities. Dues are based on a total number of apartment homes owned/managed.

Annual Dues:

$100 + $.50/unit
