2026 CAMME Awards

Applicants will have from October 27 – December 3 (extended!) to sign into OpenWater (link above) and submit their nominees/entries. No materials or payment are due at this time. The fee for each member entry is $175.

Please note that each category must have at least 2 entries in order to compete. After the application submission period is closed, CAA will identify categories with only 1 entry and if unable to solicit another entry, will notify the entrant that the category will not be eligible, and a refund will be issued.

FINAL NOTE TO THOSE PLANNING TO APPLY/ENTER: Entries are non-refundable, so be sure to review all of the material requirements as well as judging dates as outlined in the 2026 Category Guide.

MATERIAL SUBMISSION PERIOD

Applicants will be able to upload the materials for their nominees/entries (see 2026 CAMME Category Guide for details on requirements for each category) from December 8, 2025 – January 21, 2026. No exceptions will be made for applicants who do not submit their materials on time, and payment will still be due.

JUDGING PERIOD

Applicants will be judged online, onsite, and via virtual interviews. See the 2026 CAMME Category Guide for details on how each category will be judged.

Judging will take place from February 2 – February 20, 2026.

Applicants entered into the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor categories will be judged via Zoom on select dates (below). Please ensure that the nominee will be available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the designated date, as these will not be eligible for rescheduling once finalized.

• Assistant Property Managers (Low-Rise/Garden): Tuesday, February 3
• Assistant Property Managers (Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise): Wednesday, February 4/Thursday, February 5
• Property Managers (Affordable/Vintage): Tuesday, February 10
• Property Managers (Low-Rise/Garden): Wednesday, February 11
• Property Managers (Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise): Thursday, February 12
• Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor (Affordable/Vintage): Tuesday, February 17
• Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor (Low-Rise/Garden): Wednesday, February 18
• Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor (Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise): Thursday, February 19
