Opportunities for Associate Members

Host a Webinar

CAA is currently scheduling one-hour webinars for the first and second quarters of 2021. Registration for these webinars will be free for all CAA members. To submit a proposal, you must be a current CAA Associate Member. The proposal will be reviewed by CAA’s Professional Development Committee based on the evaluation criteria found in the link below. The webinar must be industry related and relevant and cannot be specific to your organization.

If selected, there will be a $250 host fee due upon scheduling. As a presenter, you will gain exposure to an audience of multi-family professionals and receive a list of attendee email addresses. Deadline for submitting a proposal: January 15, 2021.

Supplier Success

As a requirement to earning the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) credential, the Supplier Success course is designed to offer an overview of the apartment industry, and it recommends ways for suppliers to maximize partnerships with apartment owners, apartment management companies, and apartment association members.

You’ll learn about:

• Apartment associations and building lines of business
• Types of multifamily housing, apartment ownership, and property management
• Apartment community performance measurements
• Apartment management company structures
• Defining product or service value
• Using property performance measurements to demonstrate product value

Live Virtual CAS: Certified Apartment Supplier course

Earn your CAS Designation right alongside CAM students!

The CAS coursework is one of the steps towards earning the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) credential. The program was created to enhance the relationship between suppliers and their customers. Suppliers learn the role and responsibilities of the apartment manager and how to build stronger relationships with these constituents. CAS candidates participate in the same courses as CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) candidates.

Roundtable Sponsorships

Working in multi-family is more challenging than ever right now!   Our quarterly roundtables allow management company members to share their current concerns and challenges with peers in a virtual environment. We invite CAA members to sponsor one of these educational events.

There is one $350 sponsorship per an event. Sponsors receive:

• Logo on website and reminder email
• Attendee list
• Opportunity to speak to attendees about your company for 5 minutes and participate in the rest of the session (if desired)

There is a limit of one per company per roundtable category (i.e. You may only register to sponsor 1 Leasing Roundtable, 1 HR Roundtable and 1 Regional Roundtable max at this time). These sponsorships go on sale at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12^th!
