SEEKING POSITIVE STORIES DURING THESE DIFFICULT DAYS

In these trying times, the property management industry is more united than ever, staying positive and going the extra mile to meet the needs of apartment residents.

As you know, the multifamily industry has been deemed as "Essential Infrastructure" by Governor Pritzker's Executive Order. The Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) applauds the work of thousands of front-line industry professionals, including you, who are tending to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.

From maintenance workers, to doormen, to leasing agents, to property managers, to suppliers, we're all in the business of sheltering and caring for others. In these trying times, CAA is seeking success stories and positive anecdotes to help lift spirits and gain the recognition you deserve among your peers, residents and the general public. Tell us:

  • How are you going the extra mile to work with impacted residents on payment plans and helping to keep them in their homes?
  • Tell us about that special property manager, leasing agent, maintenance worker, security or door staff professional providing extraordinary service.
  • How have your residents responded to your team's hard work and care?
  • How have residents come together to support one another?

Please email info@caapts.org to share your story about working with residents impacted by COVID-19, or extraordinary efforts of property management staff during this challenging time.
