Jeff has been with CRG since 2012 and has spent his entire professional career in various sectors of multifamily, including: management, finance, brokerage, and development. Early in his career, he founded Dee Lance Management in Dallas, TX, leading the rehab and repositioning of thousands of units across the Southeast and Midwest. He then went on to build CS Realty Advisors in Atlanta, GA, a successful multifamily brokerage, and advisory firm. Jeff is a licensed broker in the states of Indiana and Georgia and is also CAM certified.
