Times are changing and this course will address how to stay current and compliant, while building strong practices in your workforce. Update your knowledge on the latest changes in laws and disclosures. HUD's newest focus is on "property safety" and what you can do to improve your properties, without using the word "safe". We will look at how AI can enhance your property's marketing while utilizing the skills your diverse workforce has to offer.
