Urban Alliance Job Partner Opportunity
Urban Alliance is seeking property management companies to commit to hosting Chicago Public School (CPS) interns across Chicago for the 2023-2024 school year. The program provides a new model for finding and training diverse talent for careers in property management. Urban Alliance will provide CPS student with seven weeks of professional skills and literacy training, followed by training in leasing or maintenance and then facilitate a turnkey internship experience for CAA property management company partners. Employer partners make an investment of $18,000 to Urban Alliance, which funds the program, intern pay (approx. $9,500), and post program support for the interns and the employer partner. Interns earn competitive wages and raises, which are paid by Urban Alliance.
