Speaking of Virtual: Communication, Collaboration and Strategy Lessons for the Post-pandemic Leader

Attendees will have 1 week access to the recording after the live event.

We’re all looking forward to life after the pandemic. There were, however, many positive lessons learned during this challenging time, especially relating to how we interact with our co-workers, leaders, and direct reports. The universe of communication and critical conversation skills has expanded greatly as has the list of competencies required for effective leadership. Leaders need to assess themselves. Are they emotionally agile? Do they trust in an appropriate way? Do they challenge established thought patterns? Do they use technology effectively? Join us for a lively conversation about the ever-changing landscape of leading and managing in a world that’s forever changed after the current pandemic.
