Earn your CAS Designation right alongside CAM students!
The CAS program was created to enhance the relationship between suppliers and their customers. Suppliers learn the role and responsibilities of the apartment manager and how to build stronger relationships with these constituents. CAS candidates participate in the same courses as CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) candidates.
Take CAS from the comfort of your home or office using a virtual platform! You will be required to participate, ask and answer questions and have activities just like in a face-to-face classroom. There will be assignments to complete outside of the virtual classroom. Everyone will be put in small groups in which you will work with on some of the homework assignments.
- Have a computer with strong internet connectivity and audio/microphone
- Invest in time for homework and off line group calls
- Print text for use during each module
- Be able to use chat and use polling responses
- Plan to take their test within 1 month of the last class
