This informative session will cover a variety of topics useful to all involved in the world of property management. The speakers will cover legal updates including the Just Housing Ordinance which will affect Cook County, how legalizing marijuana affects rental properties and non-smoking policies, and a new case in the Appellate Court about the RLTO.

Please Note: This class will focus on issues specific to Cook County and Chicago.
