Join Christi, Stephanie and Matt for the fourth of a four-part webinar series covering virtual leasing. Even for master leasing agents, there is a learning curve when it comes to leasing virtually. Replicating a personalized leasing experience and standing out from the competition can become a bigger challenge. It is important to train teams on how to create and use videos and how to engage with the customer virtually. It’s also critical to assess the videos and continue to measure the leasing efforts of the team.
About Christi Dobbins:
Christi began her career in multifamily in 2001 doing marketing and training for The Sterling Group, which is where she first began her journey as a customer of Grace Hill. She joined Grace Hill in 2012 as an Account Manager and since that time has delighted in working with the family of clients at Grace Hill to establish and grow their online training programs. In her time with Grace Hill, Christi has directed the account management team and sales operations. Today, she is the Director of Validate Success, managing to operations and growth of Grace Hill's mystery shop solution. She is excited to bring more education and resources around Virtual Leasing to our clients in support of the quickly changing circumstances we find ourselves in today.
About Stephanie Anderson:
Stephanie Anderson is the Manager, Industry Operations for the National Apartment Association. With 15 years of property management experience, Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge specializing in revenue management, creative marketing and employee development. She was NAAEI’s 2015 Designate of the Year and CAM of the Year in 2013. She is a powerhouse speaker that shares her industry knowledge, motivates professionals to greater success and disrupts status quo with out of the box ideas and trends. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she majored in English Literature and Women’s Studies. She holds a Virginia Real Estate License and is certified as a National Instructor for NAAEI.
About Matt Weirich:
Matt was fortunate enough to flip his first house the Summer before Senior year in high school and ever since real estate and entrepreneurship have been his passions. Matt gets to live out both of those passions every day by helping real estate professionals from around the world market, advertise, lease, and sell their properties and spaces in new, innovative ways using video.
