This two-hour course was designed to keep licensees up to date on new laws and guidelines. Knowing how to identify unintentional acts can help reduce substantial fines. HUD issued a new "Clean Slate Act" based on non-violent crimes involving sealing records for over 2 million people in Illinois. HUD's newest focus is on mandatory criminal screening, emphasizing property safety. Recognizing hoarding situations and accommodating service animals daily.
