CAA Annual Meeting

Join us for the Chicagoland Apartment Association’s Annual Meeting held virtually on Tuesday, December 9 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.  At this meeting CAA leadership and staff will review achievements from 2025 and discuss programs, priorities, and initiatives for 2026. Learn about our SHAPE Illinois Advocacy Campaign, the status of important local, state and federal legislation affecting property management, and our recently-adopted CAA Strategic Plan.  In addition, the results of the vote for the 2026 CAA Board of Directors will be ratified.

Participation in the virtual Annual Meeting is limited to each member company’s Primary contact only.
