CAA Annual Meeting

Join us for the Chicagoland Apartment Association’s Annual Meeting held virtually on Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.  At this meeting CAA leadership and staff will review achievements from 2024 and discuss programs, priorities, and initiatives for 2025. Learn about our SHAPE Illinois Advocacy Campaign, the status of federal immigration policy, and state and local rental assistance programs.  We’ll also review CAA governance and provide overviews for our operating budget, and major programming like DEI, education, and our signature events.  Finally, the results of the 2025 vote for CAA Board of Directors will be ratified.

Participation in the virtual Annual Meeting is limited to each member company’s Primary contact only.
