Apartment Owners and Developers: The Chicago Housing Authority announces a new program called Property Rental Assistance to increase high-quality affordable housing in healthy and revitalizing neighborhoods throughout the city of Chicago. This program provides rental assistance to selected properties for specified units under a 5- to 30-year contract. See their webpage for more information.
