Regular Membership: An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property within the Chicagoland area. (All employees of the Regular member are granted the benefits of membership.)

Associate membership: An individual or company that provides products and/or services to apartment management companies and/or their properties. (All employees of the Associate member are granted the benefits of membership.)

State of Illinois Regular Membership: An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property outside the Chicagoland area. (All employees of the Regular member are granted the benefits of membership.)
