The Chicagoland Apartment Association has two types of membership categories. A brief description of each category is listed below:

Regular Membership: An individual or company that owns and/or manages residential property within the Chicagoland area. (All employees of the Regular member are granted the benefits of membership.)

Associate Membership: An individual or company that provides products and/or services to apartment management companies and/or their properties. (All employees of the Associate member are granted the benefits of membership.)
