YOUR LEGISLATIVE VOICE
It's Our Mission, Not Just a Benefit
CAA Helps Protect Your Assets
CAA's legislative purpose is to protect members' assets by advocating on their behalf at the local, state, and federal level. Our strong united voice is heard in the halls of government, saving you, the member, quantifiable dollars on real estate taxes, zoning, permit fees, bankruptcy reform, security deposit interest, and so much more. CAA's Board, Legislative Committee, and members direct our publicly stated position on issues important to the multifamily housing industry. Our message is communicated in the press, by our lobbyists, the CAA PAC and most importantly, by you the member.
- CAA assures your voice is heard, saving you time and money.
- CAA advocates exclusively for the multifamily housing industry.
- CAA's united voice is powerful. Make sure YOUR voice is heard.
