2015 Show Date & Times

Event Times: 
Exhibitor Move-In (Same Day):        7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
Show Floor Open:                          10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out (Same Day):      3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
 
Exhibitor company staff are the only vendors/associate members allowed to walk the show floor. Staff of both member and non-member management companies are welcome and encouraged to attend. 
 
Purchasing a Booth 
Booths for returning 2014 exhibitors will go on sale on Wednesday, December 10th at 10:00 a.m. CST for returning 2014 exhibitors.  Booths for all other associate members will go on sale Wednesday, January 21st at 10:00 a.m. CST.  All exhibitors must be paid 2015 members of CAA.

Booth Pricing (details on size & what's included will be available in the exhibitor information packet & contract when it is finalized):
Deluxe:  $2175
Pod:  $1800
Grand:  $1500
Premier: $1350
Standard: $1255
Tabletop: $725*
*Tabletops are only available for companies with 6 or fewer (total) employees.

Attendees
Education conference details will be posted when they become available.  The pricing for attendees for the 2015 show (member and non-member management company staff) will be as follows:
-Show Floor Only: Free
-Show Floor + Lunch: $20 per person
-Education Conference-Member (Includes Conference, Lunch & Show Floor): $79 per person
-Education Conference-Non-Member (Includes Conference, Lunch & Show Floor): $109 per person
 
The "Education Conference" registration option is the price for attendees for 1 up to all the classes offered at the show. (i.e. $79 for members that want to attend 1, 2, or all of the classes offered that day)
