Lunch is not available for purchase on-site. Conference price includes 1 or more sessions. Each session offered as a part of the conference package counts as 1 continuing education credit towards National Apartment. Association designations (CAM, CAMT, CAS, NALP, etc.).
Exhibitor company staff are the only vendors/associate members allowed to attend the show. Staff of both member and non-member management companies are welcome and encouraged to attend.

-Show Floor Only: Free
-Show Floor + Lunch: $20 per person
-Education Conference-Member (Includes Conference, Lunch & Show Floor): $79 per person
-Education Conference-Non-Member (Includes Conference, Lunch & Show Floor): $109 per person
 
The "Education Conference" registration option is the price for attendees for 1 up to all the classes offered at the show. (i.e. $79 for members that want to attend 1, 2, or all of the classes offered that day)

Download the App & Create Your Account on Your Computer:
First, On Your Computer:
1. Click on this (or copy & paste this) link: https://accounts.crowdcompass.com/users/sign_up via your computer & land on the CrowdCompass page
2. Register via your LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, or Google Plus accounts, or fill in the blanks provided and click "Register Account"
3. If you are not using another social media account and registering through Crowd Compass: Enter your display Name (we recommend using your full name) and the email address you want to use for this account
4. Select a password (you will have to remember this so write it down) and then register your account
Download the Crowd Compass app via the iTunes or Google Play stores (your app store)
5. The screen will display an instruction message directing you to go to the email account for the email address you provided and verify your account registration
6. Open the verification email and click "confirm account"
Then, On Your Phone/Device:
1. Download the Crowd Compass app via the iTunes or Google Play stores (your app store)
2. Once the app has been downloaded, search for "CAA Trade Show" and select
3. Open the event and click on the icon at the top left corner of the mobile screen
4. Click on "Log In" and log in with the log in/password you created for your account
 
Download the App & Create Your Account Using Only Your Phone/Device: 
1. Download the Crowd Compass app via the iTunes or Google Play stores (your app store) 
2. Once the app has been downloaded, search for "CAA Trade Show" and select
3. Open the event and click on the icon at the top left corner of the mobile screen
4. Click on "Log In"
5. Just below the blue log in button there is a Sign Up link-Click on that
6. Enter all of your details into the fields provided (you only need to enter the information that you would like shared)
7. The screen will display an instruction message directing you to go to the email account (for the email address you provided)
8. Open the verification email and click on the email sent to confirm your participation
9. Confirm the creation of your Crowd Compass account

You must create an account (in addition to downloading the app) to utilize the network functions/play the photo scavenger hunt game.  
 
Purchasing a Booth 
Booths are on sale for all associate members (paid 2015 CAA associate members only).
 
Registration instructions (the 3 steps required to complete registration):
1. Fill out the booth payment form, and sign the exhibitor contract available in the 2015 Exhibitor Information & Contract packet available here. (Also includes sponsorship details.)
2. Email contract and payment form to Lisa (lisa@caapts.org).
3. Click on this link & provide 3 booth choices/answer questions: http://www.map-dynamics.com/caa2015/?register
 
CAA will also require a certificate of insurance from all exhibitors with the Chicagoland Apartment Association named as the certificate holder and CAA and Drury Lane listed as additional insured's.  Please contact staff for limits.
 
Booth Pricing on Remaining Booths:
Grand:  $1500; Standard: $1255; Tabletop: $725*
*Tabletops are only available for companies with 6 or fewer (total) employees.
