How can the CAA help? As represented by our mission, the Chicagoland Apartment Association is committed to providing members and industry professionals with cutting-edge, professional education and training opportunities. The CAA offers three types of educational programming for you and your staff:

Planned and offered one quarter in advance to ensure your staff receives training on current trends and issues critical to the industry

Hosted in both the City of Chicago as well as the surrounding suburbs to accommodate your property location and local market conditions.

Typically offered mid-week and range in cost from $79 to $149 depending on course length and your membership status with CAA.
NAA Professional Designation Programs – Education programs and designations of the National Apartment Association are the premier offerings for multi-family housing professionals and designates are a recognized and respected mark of excellence throughout the industry. Through the CAA, your staff can fully obtain any of the NAA designations or simply take advantage of individual program modules.
