Step 2: Purchase Grace Hill access code from CAA.* Purchase Now
Step 3: Receive access code via email from CAA within 1 business day of purchase.
Step 4: Log on to Grace Hill Learning Center and begin training!
- Once you have received your access code from CAA, click the gold “Online Training” button below. This link will take you directly to Grace Hill.
- Select “Visitors” to establish your own User ID and Password or simply click “Members’ if you have already established your User ID and Password.
- Select “Learning Center” then “Begin Training” from the column on the left.
- Type in the code provided by CAA to access Grace Hill’s full library of courses.
- Select the “Start” button next to the class of your choosing.
Does your company already have a Grace Hill account? Click the online training button and use the access code provided by your company.
*If you wish to purchase an “elective” course use the button above and a credit card – CAA is unable to invoice your company for these courses. Elective courses are typically $99.

How to utilize Teleforums
A teleforum is a type of group training where participants participate in a class via conference call. Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the conference call phone number. On the correct date and time, simply call into the conference and the training will begin. Printed worksheets will be emailed to participants in advance. Each class is approximately 60 minutes in length. The cost per teleforum is $45 per attendee for CAA members; $60 for non-members.
Online Courses- 50% of annual continuing education credits for an NAA professional designation may come from Grace Hill’s online courses if they are accessed through this website (CAA).
Teleforums- One continuing education credit toward an NAA professional designation will be issued for each teleforum.
