CAA is thrilled to announce a partnership with the National Apartment Association and CallSource in the launching of a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS) that will be utilized across all NAA affiliates.
On our new system, you take CAA’s online courses 24 hours a day! These interactive online courses are designed to last about an hour. You can take any of the over 40 self-paced courses without leaving the office or home and all courses are available in both English and Spanish. Some of the courses offered include:
* Fair Housing (Spanish & English) for On-Site * Fair Housing (Spanish & English) for Maintenance * Bed Bugs 101
* Prevention of Sexual Harassment * Customer Service for the Office Team
* Customer Service for the Maintenance Team
* Internet Sales and Strategy
When you sign up, you will also be provided with a personal profile with printable transcript that will keep track of all your completed courses including CAA’s in person training and seminars, online courses and NAAEI designations. Upon completion, you will be able to print a certificate. Each online course is worth one (1) Continuing Education Credit (CEC). NAA Maintenance WebinarsCAA members can also take advantage of monthly 90-minute maintenance webinars offered through the National Apartment Association. NAA webinars can be purchased individually or a yearly subscription is also available.

A webinar is a type of group training where participants join in a class via conference call and the web. It is a live seminar and participants have the opportunity to view a presentation as well as ask questions over the phone and/or through an online chat. Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the proper web link and conference call phone number and login instructions. Each class is approximately 90 minutes in length. The typical cost per webinar is $39 per attendee for CAA members; $69 for non-members.
