Become a Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS)!
The CAS program was created to enhance the relationship between suppliers and their customers. Suppliers learn the role and responsibilities of the apartment manager and how to build stronger relationships with these constituents.  CAS candidates participate in the same courses as CAM candidates.  Please click on the link below for more information and/or the registration flyer.

*To earn this designation, suppliers must complete 4 classes alongside CAM students and complete a final cumulative exam. Must complete the Supplier Success course prior to first class.

3/7 - Human Resource Management
3/14 - Risk Management
3/21 - Financial Management
3/28 - Marketing

Requirements for obtaining a CAS designation include:

  • Experience – 1 year of multi-family industry experience
  • CAS Courses – CAS candidates must successfully complete three required courses and one chosen elective course (CAS Course Descriptions)
  • CAS Exam – CAS candidates must successfully pass a cumulative final online exam
  • All requirements must be met within 24 months of declaring candidacy
