CAPS Designation
Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS)
Courses/topics of the CAPS program include:
- Legal Responsibilities and Risk Management
- Financial Management
- Property Performance Management
- Property Evaluation and Due Diligence
- Effective Leadership
Requirements for obtaining a CAPS designation include:

Experience – 24 months experience as as a multi-site supervisor OR a CAM, ARM or RAM designate in good standing with 24 months of management experience

CAPS Courses – CAPS candidates must successfully complete five assigned courses

CAPS Exam – CAPS candidates must successfully pass a cumulative final online exam

All requirements must be met within 24 months of declaring candidacy
