Certified Apartment Manager (CAM): The CAM program is for leasing consultants and assistant managers preparing for a promotion, managers who are new to the industry or managers who want a comprehensive refresher course. CAA offers two versions of the CAM program, an accelerated program and an extended program. Please click on either of the links below for more information and/or the registration flyer.

The CAM includes the following courses/topics:
- Human Resource Management (3/7)
- Risk Management (3/14)
- Financial Management (3/21)
- Marketing (3/28)
- *PLUS, 3 online modules
Requirements for obtaining a CAM designation include:
- Experience – One year of multi-family management experience
- CAM Courses – CAM candidates must successfully complete nine assigned courses (CAM Course Descriptions)
- Community Analysis Project – CAM candidates must successfully complete a community analysis project
- CAM Final Exam – CAM candidates must successfully pass a cumulative final online exam
- All requirements must be met within 24 months of declaring candidacy
